Visual.ly is looking for an amazing project manager to join our team. You would be primarily responsible for ensuring the success of projects that take place on our infographic platform.

This position is located in San Francisco.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all customer projects taking place on the platform.
Help streamline operations within projects
Help grow the team as we internationally grow in the next year
Ensuring and improving customer satisfaction on our platform.
For select projects, prepare all project documentation, including plans, statements of work, status reports.

Who you are

You're a do'er and get stuff done.
5+ years experience with project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working independently with little direction.
A passion for ensuring a good user experience.
Experience working remotely with different teams and time zones.

Bonus Points

You've had experiences in agencies managing multiple projects, fast growing teams or/and working in marketplace.
