However, there are a couple things I would change. 

• Minimize the text. Paragraphs are too much for an infographic
• Include the URL. Where can readers find the original full-size version?
• Better color choices. Yellow text on the orange backgrounds are very hard to read

This is a very...cool infographic, and I love how you color it in my favorite carrot juice :D Great work on distinguishing between the two types of juicers too.I've used both, and the juicing time is significantly less when using a centrifugal juicer. However, just as you presented in the infographic, the juice quality is much lower too!
