The Science of Salary

Salary Science builds on the information from Jim Hopkinson’s book, Salary Tutor, and the SalaryTutor.com site.  Designed by Shaun Sanders, the infographic is not actually from the book.  Instead, it shares information that goes above and beyond the book, as a great way to build awareness and help promote the book.

Jim has also published an in-depth, behind-the-scenes look at the making of the infographic on his blog: How to create a viral infographic to market your brand.  You learn about his planning process, the infographic design cycle that Shaun goes through and see early images of the infographic taking shape.

I really appreciate some of the design choices they made along the way, and think the infographic is a super way to attract interest and promote Jim’s brand.  If you’re interested, here’s a link to the book on Amazon as well.  A must-read in my library.

Hi Folks... Apologies if the graphic is redirecting. My site(s) had been hacked a few weeks ago, and my hosting company had seemed to clean everything up, but looks like I am still having issues. We are working to resolve asap.

Thanks to everyone who sent in a note about the URL redirects on the Salary Tutor site! (It wasn't an issue with the Cool Infographics site)

For now, I have changed all of the links in the post that previously connected to the Salary Tutor sites to now view the full infographic image hosted here on the Cool Infographics server instead. This let's everyone continue to view the full infographic until Jim's site is declared clean again.

Hi Randy, thanks for pointing and showing this infographic. Its pretty relevant to me as I am in my mid life crisis point and looking for a more challenging job. I think it applies to all salaried workers around the globe too as money is not the sole motivation for any person.
