The complete guide? Sorry, I can't agree. You do not include the Stetson hat! The Stetson is an integral part of America's history. Known to men (& women) all over this country, worn with distinction by Presidents and kings. Given the Stetson's distinctive style elements of crown, crease, brim, and hatband, a Stetson hat guide on its own would be larger than this "complete" guide.
